The supplement worked for me, my body responded well, and I'll be ordering more. I've only finished one bottle. It's best to use it for hair for at least three months, so I can only speak from experience. Besides saw palmetto, it also contains zinc and pumpkin seed oil, which are very beneficial together and easy to take all at once.
