Synergy®, Vitamin C-1000, 120 Capsules

We need vitamin C for everything because our bodies don't produce it. I take two capsules in the morning with breakfast. Someone who takes care of themselves shouldn't notice anything. Some people say it makes them nervous to take it in the afternoon... that person had a deficiency, and their internal system starts to ramp up its activity. Love that this has Lysine and proline with it which are both good for skin and immunity . Only wish it was not ascorbic acid made from GMO corn. So many healthier ways to make Vitamin C.
