The recommended dose is two capsules, but I especially liked that each capsule contains only about 62 mg of caffeine (calculated by the AI). There's no need to worry about exceeding your daily caffeine intake, especially if you only take one capsule.

Take them when I wake up almost daily. Fine on an empty stomach. Easier than a coffee and better than a garbage energy drink.

It’s pretty difficult to tell how effective this product is. Truthfully, I don’t notice any real difference between when I’ve taken this product and when I don’t.

I use this instead of drinking coffee. It works for me.

Anytime I need more pep it's my go to, just 1 is enough for 3 or 4 hrs. If I need more energy I take a 2nd one in the afternoon. It's a better alternative than coffee which is very expensive now!!!

Energy support works well for my husband who has been trying to greatly reduce his coffee habit. They keep him moving throughout the day without the endless cups of coffee!
