I've taken saw palmetto for many years to help with hormones and hair growth. I was using a big brand name one until now. I ran out, couldn't stomach yet another price increase, and found this. Same amount of active ingredient per capsule, at the old price. Sold!
Vitacost is excellent quality, brings a lot of benefits, healthy ingredients, compact size
A staple in my husband's supplement stack. It is recommended to eat pumpkin seeds/pumpkin seed oil in addition to Saw Palmetto for prostate health.
