I immediately sprinkled it on a sirloin steak to season it. These so-called multi-purpose spices really do taste different depending on the manufacturer. That's why I have about three different kinds from iHerb and switch between them, using them on meat, roasted potatoes, or mixed into scrambled eggs. This one tasted less like onion, garlic, and herbs, and more like a bit of BBQ. It's delicious, of course, but not my number one. The 170g size is just right, not too big. I'll definitely use it in various ways!
