It has a very strong lemony smell, mixed with fish scent, which is quite unpleasant for my taste. Other than that, the capsules are easy to swallow. The packaging seems very cheap and flumsy, which is surprising considering the price of the product. I really hope the quality of the ingredients is good…

Taste great and I actually managed to see results in 2 weeks. My memory is getting better slowly yet surely from taking this Choline supplement. I still suffer from post partum fatigue and brain fog.
