I have purchased this multi vitamins for my mother, her age is 77. She is still very active and she is taking it as a prevention. since she is taking it so far so good, the taste is ok she didn’t complained to me ))) the size of the gummies is perfect, she takes ones a day
these are better tasting than some of their other gummies they have on the market. I do wish the vitamins/ minerals were sourced from whole foods, but i do like that these have a good variety of vitamins and minerals. They are pretty low in sugar, overal good quality/good quality ingredients, and fairly priced.
They’re delicious, and I usually have one in the morning and one in the evening. I I also bought a jar for my husband (men’s multi) and he likes them too! The only thing I don’t like is that its main ingredient is sugar, but it’s still better than candy, and the taste is really nice for both men and women.
I really like this brand, I’ve converted my parents and husband to get their vitamins from this brand and they all like it. I feel it’s definitely higher quality which probably explains why it can be a bit more expensive. You definitely get more vitamins per tablet compared to most other brands out there.
