I used to love the liquid type, but I bought the capsules because they're cheaper and easier to use. However, I'm not sure how effective they are. With the liquid type, I often noticed my arms were paler the next morning after taking it at night, but that doesn't happen with the capsules (I've been using them for a month now). Maybe I'm just getting too tanned because it's summer? Still, the liquid type seems to have a more immediate effect, so I'll probably use them interchangeably.
The pill size is just right, so it is easy to swallow. I bought it to take consistently, and I like it because it goes down smoothly.
