I can consider myself a user of G1M sport. It's a great fuel source for my runs/bike rides and after taking it for the first time, I am never going to train fasted ever again. It's a steal having a blend of carbs and electrolytes i none drink. I have a sensitive gut and this supplement doesn't effect me in a negative way at all.

It works for me as consume them every day for fueling the muscle and body. I like the taste too. The quality of the ingredients is a good mix for the one running every day
