Over the years I have tried several Probiotics to aid my microbiome and for digestive and gut health; with mixed results. I switched to Perque Digesta Guard Forte a couple of months ago and found these to be superior. They are easy to have with a meal and I take the amount recommended on the packaging. I have benefited from taking them and will continue to use. I highly recommend them.
