It perfectly goes with the morning green smoothie. Even though its taste is a little bit sweet, anyway for me it’s not so critical, so I like its affect on me, cause I feel lots of energy thereafter. Very good quality and the ingredients are finest, so antioxidant and anti-aging effect is noticeable.

It is a good formula if you are not already taking other vitamin supplements. Not for me though... got it on sale and will not buy again, as I don't need medical herbs and vitamins in my greens, I get them elsewhere.

I simply use too many products to know what is doing what, or if any of them are doing anything besides enriching various producers and resellers of such products.
