I chose the chewable type because swallowing pills is inconvenient, and I like that it is easy to take. Since it has a fruit punch flavor, it is easier to eat than I expected and is also good for carrying around. I like that it contains various nutrients in one product, making it convenient to take every day.
It has everything you need in terms of vitamins, but the taste is really terrible, sorry. The taste of fruit is medicinal, but even those who like the taste of medicine will not like it, I was unable to swallow it just because of the taste. Those who buy it recommend making jelly and crushing the tablet inside. I heard that it helps those who need to take it, and it also disgusts them.
Honestly, this is the best multivitamin, and the results are very clear after use. The quality and taste are excellent; it's literally like eating candy. You'll really notice the effect after using it, and it's very effective.
Contains nice amounts of vitamins and it's convenient that it's only one tablet a day, but as someone who is disgusted by the levels of soluble flour sugars, the combination of flouriness and taste is very harsh for me. And yet it's the most reasonable I've found in chewable vitamins. For someone like me who can't swallow the huge vitamins, it's recommended.
First time to try it, tastes good and seems complete in what is needed. Hope the blood tests will reveal the same.
