Great way to get your omega 3. No oils to swallow or taste Does not upset stomach either.

Easy to use, effective (I think), and it helps me fill in nutritional deficiencies because I do not eat fish or take any fish oil supplements because they are all high histamine and/or rancid by the time they reach my hands.

Nice package and easy to use not causing irritation for sensitive skin. However didn’t notice big difference after 3 months of using it.

It was good quality The ingredients really worked and my skin looked better with it so I didn’t age and the fish on the package benefited my like of it omega made my cholesterol hair inflammation heart taste so much better

I muscle tested these and I scored high. It contains a lot of nutrients beneficial to health. Easy to apply.

I think I noticed something from using this one. I will finish the rest of the packet before deciding whether to continue it or not.

I don’t love the patch quality to be honest, but we’ll see about the benefits.

Not sure if it works. I ordered it twice, did not notice any effect
