Triple Magnesium Complex Patch, 30 Patches

I’m a supplement monster, I take many and swallowing all those big capsules and tablets can be difficult for me. I also have gastrointestinal issues that are triggered by magnesium supplements. Transdermal patches are the way of the future. Great addition to my l-threonate magnesium capsules. Love it. High quality adhesive means no irritation but stays on till removed.

I can honestly say that I feel the benefits. I feel my sleep has improved. so good not to have to take a pill. Sticker size is small.

No scent, the quality is high and the quantity and size is for 30 days, the dosage once every day. You have to replace it in your skin and it is safe. I bought it for my self and i am using every day. I have to see the result after few days.

Small little adhesive, nothing special packaging is very comfortable and nice in size, also supposed to have a mineral magnesium complex as the main ingredient to help with muscle tension and joints and sleep, but again, I never noticed any special effect. No taste at all

I swapped to the patches in March as I found the capsules made me feel very nauseous for a couple of hours after taking them (I tried them with food too, but same result). These patches don’t cause any side effects, remain in place all day (even through running for 45 minutes) and I’m feeling great. Would highly recommend.
