Myo-Inositol, 240 Vegetable Capsules (500 mg per Capsule)

I ordered myo inositol from this company for the first time because the price and composition suited me.

I've been using this product for a short period in conjunction of a few other things. Can't yet tell if it's doing anything but I have no adverse effects.

I bought this because I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble falling back asleep.

Beneficial, high quality, highly effective, good dosage, energizing, and has positive effects.

The main forms of inositol on the market are Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, which are present in the human body in a ratio of approximately 40:1. Therefore, using an inositol complex with the same ratio has great positive effects on PCOS patients with impaired conversion between these two forms of inositol. However, for non-PCOS patients with insulin resistance and for men, D-chiro-inositol is not essential, as it can be produced naturally by the body. Consequently, this product in 240-capsule package can be offered at a lower price because the ingredient contains only Myo-inositol. While it offers the same benefit of improving my metabolism.
