I have been using this with a client who has panic attacks. I cant say it always works but it has a good enough track record to help easy the anxiety brought on by past fears. The very tiny amount of essential oils added provide a good anti-microbial and anti anxiety effect. Like all flower essences the are subtle and require an open mind. I will never again be without this essence! I know it works on anxiety and worry because I sprayed about 7 pumps of it in my mouth after waking up about 3am with hangxiety after a night out, and I immediately regained myself instead of spiralling and fell back into sleep. In the morning, I continued to spray until the desire to criticise myself simply diffused. I urge you to continue even when it might seem nothing is happening!! I am in awe!! Would never be without it now.

Usually swallow a pill or leave it under the tongue to melt, or dropper in drink. This one is good to spray into your month as well as face body head to breath. You can taste alcohol but it will disappear quickly. So effective too. I will try another product from this company. Expiration2032!! Wow.

I rely on Fear-less and Grief Relief from FES to get through life. Put a spray in a bottle or glass of water on challenging days. Sip through the day (and night)... Hang in there, feel better.

I take it before flying, or when the news gets too stressful, etc. Works quickly and effectively, and usually one dose does it. Friends have tried it too, and everyone raves about how well it works. Simple, but powerful and effective!

I'm a fan of FES essences and I'm so happy to be working with fear-less now. I love that it has bergamot and ylang ylang essential oil since those are two of my favorite oils. I've enjoyed it much today and will continue to experiment. I always feel good buying from FES since they are organic and good quality essences.

I love this product for my pets. Although I can't spray the product in my cat's mouth, I spray it in a small bowl and with my finger I put it in the mouth. It seems beneficial against stress between my pets. I like the smell of the product too.

This is very effective whenever my mother has panic attacks. it calms her and has a good sleep.
