It is hard to find arnica for oral/internal use. The dentist suggested it to me - for better gum health - and I am satisfied so far.

The package arrived very quickly. excellently packaged. the ingredients and quality are excellent. it is the flower essence of arnica, which is difficult to find for oral use. Arnica has many benefits for the body. taste is not a problem for me.
