good supplement, not only topical , it is good for skin and hair but you have to be consistent with it, use with meal for better absorption, expensive though thus 3 stars

I am 50 and have dry skin, eyes...you name it. I want to see if sea buckthorn extract will make a difference to that. Also I am hoping, it might help my not great eyesight.
