I've found White Chestnut flower essence helpful to quiet that mental chatter, and get my mind out of the ruts it becomes stuck in sometimes. FES is the best quality flower essence brand on the market (far superior to Bach, which stopped working for me decades ago) and I appreciate the 1 oz size being available for a better buy and more dosages.
I've read about the benefits of White Chestnut and I wanted to try... sonce this is a bigger bottle than Bach Flower, and after all the good reviews I decided to give it a try. I started seeing some improvement when it comes to focusing, and helps me to feel a bit more grounded. It seems to be of a good quality brand. I will continue to try.
I love Flower Essence Services brand but I also buy the Bach remedies as well, both of which are high quality brands. White Chestnut helps calm my mind when I am having racing thoughts and it also helps me to focus and concentrate. I just put 2 drops on my tongue a few times a day. I also take it at night when I can’t sleep because my thoughts are bouncing from one thing to another. It does taste like alcohol so if you don’t want to take the drops on your tongue, you can add a few drops to a glass of water or to your water bottle and sip throughout the day. White Chestnut is one flower essence/remedy I will never be without. I highly recommend this product and I hope it works as well for you as it has for me. Not sure if it worked or not but I was having less issues. Mine come and go though so not really sure. If I had the money I would keep buying it to use it thought just in case.
