It does its job perfectly: deep sleep, a refreshing morning, regular bowel movements, and, most importantly, such a pleasant taste, like lemon or orange. But I use half a scoop, and that's enough for me.
I wanted to take magnesium glycinate and tried several different kinds, some of which I couldn't drink at all, but this one is relatively easy to drink. To make it even easier to drink, I dilute it with sparkling water and add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Considering the taste, content, and price, I think I'll buy this again.
It dissolves very easily, tastes good. I mix it with blueberry powder, and it tastes really good!
