The taste of the product is intense a bit although the quality and ingredients are amazing, you have to add a lot of water to reduce the intensity of the taste. I like the packaging and the size. Especially if you doing fasting and a lot of training and workout, you are going to benefit from the electrolyte hydration

Zero calories. Also helped with pregnancy nausea. Downside is that you can’t reclose the packaging if you don’t want to use the whole package.
Great product but the Cherry pomegranate tastes a bit sweet for me (a personal preference I guess). But it still serves the purpose of what supposed to be, which I will drink it before my long run and/or after the run to keep my body hydrated.
