I have been using this power for over 2 years. I was looking for gatorade type liquid without high sugar. The rasp tastes great but I like to alternate flavors. I put it in water straight from my (filtered) tap and it dissolves well in that slightly cool temp. I use coffee milk frother to mix. Works for me.
