I love this flower essence blend. I use some of the flowers in it on their own, but this spray is lovely has a very slight rose scent from added essential oil. It can be sprayed in the mouth or around the head/body. In my experience, when sprayed around the head--there is a clean clear feeling that comes. The scent, and taste dissipate almost immediately, as it is an alcohol base. The flowers included are meant to clear and support mindset and emotion to allow healing. Its funny how these remedies all taste like their colors and magenta must be the most potent of all. I use it to facilitate emotional and physical healing during rough times--it takes me to another level. I also use it on my animals to help them heal from issues and illnesses and they seem to benefit greatly.

I really benefit from taking flower essences. I love the composition of flowers in this blend. There is a taste of alcohol if you spray it on your tongue, so I spray it in a glass of water. The spray makes it really easy to take the dosage. Sometimes I do experience a healing reaction, but it passes quickly.

I took this homeopathy composition to cope with stress during a very stressful period. It helped to deal with stress symptoms after waking up. The effect was mild but I felt a difference and a little stress relief. I took it because of the self heal ingredient. I also have self heal herb as tea and feel it helps a bit better. The intake is easy and the taste is good.

It already contains six ingredients, so if you plan to take it in a combination you are left with only one flower essence to be added (since the maximum number of remedies to be taken is seven). It has a good smell and taste because it also contains essential oils.
