I started taking this for some minor varicose veins that were becoming more noticeable. When I feel my immune system is down, I pop two capsules a day for a week to strengthen my immunity, and it does work. I haven't use it for a while though since I take turmeric and drink matcha and green tea everyday. They are the same in the capsule.
