Effective on bad cholesterol. Good benefit no taste and good size, in my experience. I could not take Statins, due to bad reaction. As I am not a high risk person I did some research and about 2 years ago I tried NMPC. My bad cholesterol numbers were cut in half. I dropped them about 6 months ago. My count went up ,and now NMPC is becoming part of my daily regimen.
I've been using Fat Metabolism Factors for a few weeks now and can honestly say I've noticed a difference in my energy levels and digestion. I am a month into it. It is my first time taking it. This greatly helps me to lose weight slowly combined with a sensible diet. I have lost a total of 1 to 2 kg over 1+ month despite frequently travelling and eating out. I take it lunch and dinner, 1 tablet each time. The tablet size is not too big. The quality is great for the price I paid. I recommend this product.

I did not notice any improvement in digestion. Although my sleep improved slightly when taken with other preparations, I do not attribute this change to this product.
