best melatonin I've ever used and I've tried many,;this considered pricey comparing to other brands; but in this case you actually get what you pay for.
They are small and really seem to help my sleep cycle
This is good melatonin. However, I like to cycle off it because I want my body to continue producing the hormone on its own. Sometimes I break off a tablet to lessen the dosage amount. The price is reasonable.
