I’ve been using this daily since I had low b12 levels in my blood. In recent blood tests though I’ve managed to get my b12 levels to a much more satisfactory level, because of this product, so now I’m taking it about 4 times a week for maintenance. It’s really convenient to use a spray because you don’t have to hold a pill for long under your tongue and for me it was encouraging to keep using it daily. You just spray once under your tongue and don’t eat or drink for about 30 seconds till it absorbs in the little capillaries and that’s it. The flavor is sweet-fruity, like syrup, but it’s just a tiny amount so it goes away quickly. My blood tests prove it works so I’ll keep ordering it and I really recommend it
