great quality. I've been using for years. helped me get off anti depressants. great for mood and energy. nice smooth pill with no taste. I have been taking one tablet 2 times a day for the second month. As for improving brain function, it probably helps, it is hard for me to say. But as for the joints, yes, the effect was noticeable after 5 days. I want to order more to extend the course to 4 months.
I went off the SAMe for 1 month to see if it was really helping my osteoarthritis. Well could not believe how much pain my back, feet,hands and hip got into. I literally could hard move. So 3 weeks after being back on them my pain has subsided. I don't need any painkillers when taking SAMe if I do find I have a flare up I just take a 2nd tablet in the afternoon. fantastic product.

I’ve paired these with DLPA and St. John’s wort for amplified effects. It’s fun when you’re running on them, but when they wear out, you wished you had much more or hadn’t started at all. My vet wants me to give pets liver supplement to my liver problem cat. But pets supplement are so expensive. I give half of this human version daily to my cat. But i later turn to 200 mg pill for its enitre coating rather than breaking up a 400 mg
