I use it before bed, it smells nice and really helps to calm down. I also use it as a base for Lavender Essential Oil before i go to sleep, so the oil won't irritate my skin. I defiantly recommend this to people that Essential Oils helps them to calm down. LIKE MY COMMENT IF I HELPED YOU!!
This has a strong herbal scent and smooth, quick-dissolving texture. I could smell the bergamot more strongly than the lavender. I gave this to my mom, who has pain in her back and knees, and she said that it helps her feel more relaxed and calm. She puts it directly on sore muscles, and feels that it helps a lot with pain and sleep. Good product in an adorable reusable tin!
I got the tiny balm. I use it before I go to sleep or on occasional anxiety. The small size make it portable and easy to carry around. The scent is amazing, comforting, calming and soothing. The oily feeling does not linger for more then a minute. Would definitely buy again!

Great essential lavender scent easy to use good quality ingredients the size is convenient and good it makes me feel calm and relaxed after warming it a little on my wrist and breathing it in I find it effective and good valued overall a great calming balm I recommend itt!

I like the benefits regarding sleep and calming scent it has but it’s too greasy and it staines the cover. I wish they could change the formula without changing the scent.
