I wanted to try extra B6 in a methylated form. My B complex only contains 10mg. With this extra B6 it would only be 43mg, which is still under upper limit if 100mg daily. B6 assists with magnesium utilization and many other processes. It is very easy to get for omnivores but plant based is more difficult.
