I started taking B6 to help me with my PMS. I have Endometriosis and severe PMS symptoms (extremely emotional and lethargic). I’s my second month taking it and I don’t think I’ll stop. For reference: I take it daily from the day after my period until the day before the start of my period.

I bought b6 in few days I was able to go on ketosis . As you know ketosis in fat adaptation and it's important. I have no idea how b 6 helped but definitely my sleep improved and energy levels I lost one kg am not sure if it's because of this . I havnt had one today as am fasting . am not feeling anxious but relaxed , will update if any changes
I read that B6 could help with low moods and cravings during PMDD. Been taking this for about 6 months now and I’ve noticed a difference. My cravings and low moods are much less intense and manageable. I take 1 in the morning before food. I don’t take it daily, only at the start of my luteal phase, and I stop once my period starts as that’s when my mood typically stabilises.
