I've heard about the supplement for a long time. And finally I decided to try it for myself. Overall, it even exceeded expectations. But the only thing is that sleep really seems to have become longer, and it’s more difficult to wake up. But over time, this drawback has smoothed out a little.🙂

I have been taking Thorne 5 htp for about 2 months now, mainly to help improve my sleep (specifically sleeping through the night). I used to take melatonin but found after a few days I would start feeling groggy even though I'd seemingly slept well. After a week of taking 5 htp I noticed an improvement in sleep, but also felt more upbeat and energised throughout the day. It was a subtle change so I didnt attribute it to 5 htp straight away. But having continued to take it, there has been a significant improvement. I now sleep really well and feel energised and positive throughout the day, until a couple of hours before bedtime when I start feeling tired. I take 3 capsules 20 minutes before bed and one upon waking in the morning. I have been very impressed with this supplement.
