after first 5 uses I haven't observed any difference in reduction of bloating or reduction in digestive time. it doesn't seem to have an immediate effect as a digestive aid but perhaps it slowly heals the pancreas and works over months. I was taking it 30-50 mins before eating.

You should know that the porcine is even pricier and that the lamb is 85% as effective. If for some reason you can't eat pork, this is the one. If you are taking these just for digestion I would tell you to take the Now brand if you eat pork. A person who take this brand should know why it's the right one despite the price. Do your research.

I started feelings the beneficial effects within a day, but waited for over a week of usage to make sure. This pancreas glandular certainly gives excellent health support.
