I've been taking quercetin since 2019 and have tried many brands in that time. I'm very happy with the quality of this brand. it's a great supplement that has really helped me with my mast cell instability. I've taken up to 2 grams a day but am doing ok on 500mg to 1 gram lately. I really like that this supplement is usually at a good price as well. I appreciate that they don't have anything else added to the ingredients.
