I like taking this oil of oregano and feel that it has helped my immune system and helped me get over a cold faster. The quality of these ingredients seem to be good. The size of this bottle is decent and the amount of capsules inside is good for the cost. There’s no real noticeable taste for me so I don’t mind taking it.
