Spectro™ Multivitamin, Iron Free, 360 Capsules

I have been generally happy with Solaray products and so was surprised to find 2 ingredients that I avoid in any supplements: Maltodextrin-an allergen Cyanocobalamin-a synthetic B-12 with a cyanide molecule I purchase and consume supplements for my health and was disappointed and unhappy to have purchased a trusted brand only to realize I should have not taken their quality as being the same throughout their product range. I used to choose Solaray products because the quality of their ingredients. I will look elsewhere from now on

I have been taking these since 1995! Yes, I am old! They have all the vitamins I was looking for to accommodate a high protein, low carb way of eating. I am very healthy and rarely get sick. I highly recommend these. I did go to an Iron-Free offering after menopause.

These are wonderful if you have Heamachromatosis as no iron is added. I feel I cannot go without taking these supplements they are such good quality.

these, along with the other vitamins/supplements i had in my most recent iHerb order arrived *very* quickly, as always... i decided to add a multi into the arsenal of products i employ on a daily basis to see if it might decently make up for any defecits still occurring... time will tell!

Quality is ok. Size is easy to drink. But the pill is broken out and the vitamin contained in the pill is spread over the bottle.
