This MSM is powerful and very good value. Each capsule is 1,000 mg, so taking 3 a day gives you a real clinical dose without swallowing 10 pills. I have been taking Doctor's Best MSM for some time. I take it to help my joint health, particularly my knees, to improve mobility, flexibility and comfort. I find I get considerable benefit from taking it. The ingredients are pure, the packaging is attractive and easy to use and I think it is a quality product.

I haven’t noticed any obvious changes yet. I’m not sure if my dosage is too low or if MSM just needs more time to show results. My hair is still shedding quite a bit. I’ll keep using it for a while longer to see if there’s any improvement.
