Started NAC for recurring congestion and mucus buildup. Within a week, I was breathing easier and stopped waking up with that heavy chest feeling. Good stuff, still taking these pills, good for detox and in general healthy. I have ADHD and I trying to use it for my own experiment. Not sure what if it's really changing a lot but still better than nothing. Need at least few months to use it. Hope my dopamine neuro transmitter will be fixed. For now it's just 1 month, so still early to notice any changes but feeling well, no side effects. 1500mg per day. It's 3 pills.
