Inositol is very helpful for conditions such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. The body uses it in the manufacture of phospholipids required for neurotransmitters. If you are taking antidepressants or neurotransmitters such as 5-HTP, GABA, etc, you will find that inositol can enhance those. Dosing for those conditions is 12-18 grams per day.
I take about a gram pre-workout for more vascularity and a drier look.
