I have a very serious lactose intollerance and for years had to import lactase supplements via my friends from the US. I was so happy to find these enzymes here on iherb. The product did a very good job of minimizing symptoms with lactose. I only had to take three -five capsules before eating for this product when most products I need about 20 pills of vitamatic or around 40 lactase pills to reduce lactose symptoms even with a little bit of cheese in my meal or if the food was cooked with butter or contains butter so this was a bit of an upgrade.
