The quality, ingredients, size, and dosage wre okay for me. However, after taking the whole bottle, I didn't really notice anything different. I was dealing with some eye condition (blepharitits) and thought this would help. I'm sure I would need to take it longer to notice any benefits. There is no taste whatsoever.
