Excellent product
This vitamin helps me get more iodine in my diet and many other beneficial nutrients. I pair it with consuming 2-3 brazil nuts to maintain an optimal thyroid function.

I’ve taken this brand in the past but stopped due to price. I never had any issues and it doesn’t mess up my stomach. Highly recommend if you can handle the price. You do get 400 so i guess it balances out.

So happy to see this in pill form
I have been taking this since 2015 as a powder in my smoothies. To this day I have yet to find a multivitamin more effective than Vitamineral Greens. It makes a huge difference in my energy levels. The capsules make it so much more convenient to take vitamineral every day.
