Metagenics B12 is great and love the results so far, feel energetic ! The best part about this product is the intrinsic factor! Many don’t realise that the intestinal absorption of vitamin B12 requires a protein called “intrinsic factor” which is within this product! Highly recommend this to everyone especially vegetarians who get less B12 from their diet!
B-12 is difficult to absorb. This is the only B-12 I know of with the intrisic stomach factor. It makes a difference for our energy. If I forget for a while, we will take 2 or 3 at a time to build up. We also take the Jarrow B-12 5000 with it.
This is a good brand. My Vitamin D levels were very low, but after taking it for a week, I felt more energetic, and my test results showed normal levels.
