I really waited for this fiber bcs have problems with gut. Big plus it doesn’t have sugar! But it has Chinese cinnamon which is bad ingredient. I wish they didn’t put it at all

I do better with Digestive Enzymes and Betaine HCI, which lessens my reflux than I do with this very expensive product; as long as I refrain from fried foods, chocolate, too much alcohol and too many tomato products
This product was recommended by a naturopathic doctor to support my gastrointestinal system. I really enjoy the flavor—it reminds me of apple cinnamon oatmeal. The dose is just a tablespoon a day, and it’s easy to take with water or juice. I’ve even added it to my morning cereal bowl.
