I take this product to keep my metabolic system functioning consistently. It gives me a consistent energy level throughout the day. The pills are rather large - but I've seen that with other brands as well. I use a pill splitter to cut the pills into quarters for easier swallowing.

this AA supplement contains a broad range of essential and so-called non-essential AAs. I take this daily as well as after physical workouts of any kind… boosts recovery. Would be better in capsule form as the large tablet has sharp edges that chafe my oesophagus if I take it with other tablets or capsules. Must be taken alone.
Having digestion problems and too little acidity I stated taking this blend and it significantly improved breaking down proteins which I have a lot in my diet. I feel the composition of the ingredients is really good and of high quality and the size is just superb as they last a long time.
the tablet size is really really big though as it contains all types of protein - which i like i really need to be calm while taking it so that i can swallow swiftly 😀
