I have had many problems with my digestive system and have been experimenting with probiotics. This is a fantastic product!!! Within a week of using it I have had no problems. Everyone is different in their reaction to probiotics but this worked for me. If you read the package insert you see how this is different from many other probiotics as the capsule is coated to protect it from stomach acid and pass on to intestines where it starts to work. Highly recommended.

This tablets work well for indigestion, helping to digest food and works to help with bloating and gas. These are a little expensive but they do work well. I take them whole with some water either right before or right after dinner with a califonia gold silymarin capsule.

I tried taking these before lunch each day for about a month, as I wanted digestion aid. I found that it actually gave me stomach aches, not really sure why. overall the quality is good and the package size is good, but my body just did not agree with this formula.

When I eat vegies, I get really bloated. But if I take 2 pills of these about 5 Min before I start eating, it is way less. I don't chew them. But if you do, the taste is also very pleasant and refreshing. And I had the feeling that the tablets make you fuller. I definitely recommend them. ***Update after 2 months of taking them: I feel it works best if you take 1 pill before your meal and 1 pill during your meal. Way less bloating for me this way.

Trying out a new digestive and we're liking this product. We like to change the digestive we use every now and then and this will definitely be in the rotation.

This composition of enzymes does help my digestion. I feel less bloated and helps my stomach feel good after eating. You can benefit by taking one at each meal. Your gut will be happy.

First time I tried this product as one I previously used for years was discontinued. Found the mint flavoring very calming to my body and product very effective.
