I bought this product to help with sleeping and depression. I searched on Google after purchasing. And it said that this can make some people feel psychotic or psychosis, which I was very scared, would happen to me. So I did not end up taking this supplement. And I would encourage anyone thinking of taking the supplement to talk to your doctor and Google the side effects before taking I cannot recommend this product as I did not consume it. I'm sure the ingredients are Probably decent, but I wouldn't know, as I didn't take this supplement. The size seems general and I wouldn't know about the quality.As I didn't take the supplement
