If you are concerned about the quality of your fish oil, this is a good choice. A Norwegian product, the fish are caught from clean waters. Wild fish, not farmed fish. This fish oil is quality tested and purified by third parties. From the reviews I've read, it's a well regarded product and comes from small wild fish. The EPA/DHA count is reasonably high in this product though you might want to take 2 or more a day instead of one.

I have IBS and a sensitive stomach; therefore, I was recommended to use this brand as the quality is good and organic, and suitable for a sensitive stomach. There is almost no fish smell for it, and the taste is so light. No inflammation when using it.

I was looking for a high quality fish oil supplement, and during my research I found that the Spectrum brand had passed laboratory testing for heavy metals and it was confirmed that the spoftgels tested did contain the advertised amount of Omega-3s. I prefer a fish oil that contains lemon, just to help with the taste, but I think this product is a good alternative, and the cost is reasonable. Delivery was fast, too.

I did a little research, and Spectrum shows up as reputable brand and good quality, albeit a bit pricey. I take with food and do not notice any fishy burps. So far I cannot tell if I am getting any benefits from taking this, but I do not get to eat seafood often, so I thought it might be good to take this supplement. The softgels are fairly large, but easy to swallow since the gel capsules are somewhat slippery. The container is about 6"x4" & you need to keep in the fridge, so you might want to keep that in mind if you are short on storage space. iherb delivered them quickly.
