Ivy Extract, 90 Vegan Tablets (25 mg per Tablet)

I was prescribed some very expensive drugs for chronic asthma problems that have flared up since moving to an urban area and living with 4 cats in 650 sq ft. I couldn't afford to keep shelling out a hundred dollars a month or more for those drugs, plus I was experiencing side effects, but when I stopped taking them, I needed to use my rescue inhaler far too often. Fortunately, I remembered this product from when I worked at a health food store and I ordered a bottle to give it a try. I started taking two of these every evening and I noticed a drastic reduction in how often I would wake up in the morning and need to use my inhaler. I researched and read this helps with respiratory issues. Son and I got the C- virus. and this has help get the guck out when you cough. took me a month my son 2 mos to get all out. We took 2 tablets in the am and and pm. Now we just take 1 at night to help us with Post nasal drip which we have had for years. but now with ivy extract its helped alot, we feel the diffetence. Colds always go to my chest, so I'm glad I know about ivy extract. I've always kept the liquid on hand, but it's expensive, and the bottles are small. So I was happy to see that they make it in pill form now. Seriously, nothing works better to reduce the duration of a cough. I begin taking it as soon as I get a cold, just in case. My son shared his purchase of Ivy Extract with me. I was experiencing a lingering cough from acid reflux and the Ivy Extract really helped, so I purchase my own bottle. I'm told that it has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties which should help with bronchial issues. But be mindful it may take a week or so before you feel improvement.

After I quit smoking I began using English Ivy because I heard that it made it easier for your body to expel phlegm, which it absolutely does. Instead of having to cough a bunch of times to bring it up, all I have to do is gently clear my throat. Of course, I can definitely tell when I'm not taking it!
