I bought this after watching a documentary featuring the scientist who founded host defense. its only been a month so honestly i dont really know whether its had profound effects or not, but im interested in the evidence there has been around mushrooms, and the research that the company is doing in creating a mycelium based supplement. ill probably only take this one for about 2 months, but ill probably try lions mane for at least half a year because of the evidence which it has around neuroplasticity.

I bought these mushrooms to support my immune system after having appendix low grade cancer. these mushrooms help fight pathgens and viruses that weaken the immune system. I also find this a qualitative brand.

Great for winter support, i love these as back and boost for this season

Love this mushroom supplement! I bought it for my dog for his kidney support. I haven't done any analyses yet, but I trust the company. The quality is good, and the ingredients seem reliable. The size of the capsules is easy to handle, and the package is convenient. I like that even though it is in a capsule, it doesn’t have any unnecessary additives. I hope to see the benefit over time.

Quality is super! The ingredients are great! Size arranged! What you need! Performance is felt! the product arranged, perfectly packed, the effect is definitely there! I will order more! Just as quickly delivered

I've been using Host Defense Cordychi for a few weeks, and it’s been great for reducing stress and fighting fatigue. The 120 vegetarian capsules are easy to take, and the quality is excellent. Cordychi combines Cordyceps and Reishi, helping with energy and stress management. I’ve noticed less fatigue and more mental clarity. No side effects, and the capsules are simple to swallow. For natural stress relief and energy, Host Defense Cordychi is a solid choice. Highly recommended!
